Meet the royal Ms. Princess Tiger Lily

logo

PTL

Would you believe me if I told you that Princess Tiger Lily here was only as big as a grain of rice when she was born? From that little grain of rice, the North American Opossum continues to grow rapidly throughout their lifespan of 2 to 5 years. In fact, they grow SO fast that if they lived to be 25-years-old they could be as big as a car! But no need to worry, you can see PTL is still small enough to perch on a shoulder for a little stroll around the facility :)

The newest addition to our family!

logo

Meet Doc, the newest addition to the Wild Wonders family! Doc is an opossum who was rescued after being injured by a car. Due to his injuries Doc could not be released back into the wild, but now he has the chance to live a full and happy life here at our compound. Doc is getting much more comfortable with people, and his favorite treats include grapes and chicken.

Would you like to meet Doc and some of our other wonderful animal ambassadors? Call or email to make your reservation today!
