Our 1st Annual Safari Scramble was a success!

We would like to thank everyone who participated in our 1st annual safari scramble golf tournament! The event was a big success and we raised nearly 12.000 dollars! The proceeds will go towards the medical bills of our 150 animal ambassadors living on the compound. All of our ambassador scaly or furry, big or small, are just as important to us as any other and with your help we can provide them the care they need and deserve.  Stay tuned for pictures of the event!

Waiting for rain

We have a cold front coming in and it should bring us some rain by the end of the day. The animals are loving the cool weather and the keepers are too! Yes, it might mean some extra work but it sure is a nice change from the scorching hot weather we experienced this summer!

Don’t forget about our first annual safari scramble golf tournament that benefits the Zoofari foundation! Save the date: October 24th 2009 at Meadow Lakes Golf Resort in Escondido.
